Clinical Supervision to other Therapists
Clinical work can be difficult and emotionally heavy at times, as we give so much of ourselves to our clients. Just as we encourage their self-care, we must foster our own as well. Clinical supervision is important for practitioners as it can help both new and experienced therapists incorporate another perspective into their work, and also to manage the emotional aspect of being in a helping profession.
Professional Trainings
We love sharing what we’ve learned. Firefly is proud to offer trainings to our community for both professional and student audiences. Trainings are tailored to respect each individual audience and can be presented on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, dynamics of domestic or sexual violence, drug-faciliated sexual assault, understanding and disrupting rape culture, gender-based violence, gender and the media, and many more.
